THIS gin and grapefruit cocktail has to be my newest liquid obsession! A little more laborious than I’d normally like but still really simple. This would be a perfect cocktail for any occasion but I’m making it for our first local book club sesh. To ensure it tasted AH-mazing, I drank it with my friend Jenn on my back patio. She approved-
A few things to know: I used fresh grapefruit but that’s only because my sister has a plethora of them in her backyard. When I make it for my local clubbers I’ll definitely use grapefruit juice from the bottle. If you wanted to really sweeten it up and make it more aesthetically “girly” you could use ruby red grapefruit juice. How pretty would that be for a bridal or baby shower?
