Yoga in Belize. I was preparing our flow before practice started and one of the yogis snapped some shots. My friend LM always says that Hatha yoga is meditation in motion and it truly is. I was given the opportunity to assist and teach at @theyogaloft.yoga Belize yoga retreat and it was surreal- a privilege.

One week from today I’ll be on a red eye headed

One week from today I’ll be on a red eye headed to Belize for a yoga retreat. This one will be so special because it’s my friend from seven years old. We went from sleepovers covering my eyes during the Thriller video to healing and yoga. We will flow and teach and swim and relax. Amongst other retreat goodness.
