This Easter I’m making the best spring punch recipe. It’s a copycat version of the Starbucks Refresher that will also double as April’s “sip of the month” which I’ll serve at my book club.
It’s a non-alcoholic beverage but with one shot of vodka it could quickly become a cocktail and that’s exactly what I’ll do for April’s Book Club Social.
Now, my good friend Angela, who introduced me to it, makes it a little different than me. Lucky for you, there is no right or wrong and based on your tasted buds, you can alter it as well. I like my drinks less sweet but I’ll tell you how to tweak the ingredients if you want it sweeter.
Now, if you know me at all, you know I like simple and uncomplicated when it comes to food and drinks and this Easter Punch recipe may be one of the easiest drinks you’ll ever make. Normally I make a carafe full but for Easter I will double the recipe and serve it as an Easter Punch.
You can find the ingredients at any grocery store or market and you’ll find the Tazo Tea in the coffee and Tea aisle. Try it and let me know if you love it as much as I do.
Make The Best Spring Punch Recipe
Easter Punch (Starbucks Refresher Copycat)
Three ingredients is all you need to make this delicious and refreshing drink. Double the recipe and serve it for Easter or any gathering. Make it a cocktail by adding vodka (Oh yeah baby)!
- 1 Box Tazo Passionfruit Tea
- 1 /2 Bottle Raspberry or Strawberry Lemonade
- 2 tbsp Organic Honey
-
Mix all three ingredients in a carafe or large pitcher and serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon slice or a few raspberry’s on top.
*Note: If you want your punch sweeter simply use an entire bottle of juice rather than half and don’t forget you can serve it as a cocktail by adding vodka (or your alcohol preference).
That looks tasty! Gonna have to give it a try…
You’ll love it!
Tana, I hope you do. It’s really good and I’ve served it with a variety of dishes and it’s always a win. xo
You know I’ll add a shot (or two, maybe three)!
Us too this weekend Tonia! Happy Easter. xoxo
